Billing: cancel, upgrade or downgrade

Log in to the billing portal to cancel anytime, change plans with prorated charges, update your card or reset your password with "forgot password". For a refund within the 7-day money-back guarantee, email info@graydient.ai.

Business and dedicated servers

For a dedicated GPU server ($499.99 per month), a business agreement or reselling, write to info@graydient.ai. See the AI rendering API for how the personal and business options differ.

Report a problem

To report content or an account that may break our acceptable use policy, email info@graydient.ai with the details and any links. Every report is read by a person.
