Can’t create a membership?

Credit Card Not Accepted

Your name must match exactly as it appears on the credit card, and the zip code must match where the billing statements of that card go. You can also pay by Paypal. 

If the card is still not accepted, please contact us.

 

Account Support

We respond fastest over chat – please login to your My.Graydient Dashboard and click the community button, and then click VIP. Here are some quick self-serve tips:

Activation issues or prompt was blocked on WebUI or Telegram

After you login, click on your avatar, and make sure your email matches your receipt. The email will come from ChargeBee or Graydient.  Please save your matching email, then try again.

If your email matches and the error appeared on Telegram, scroll to the bottom of the My.Graydient page and click “Activate Telegram”.  Then type /start and /debug in your bot. If it still says free mode, click on the VIP chat link and post your debug message like this in the chat.  Someone will come by shortly to activate you, usually within minutes, like this:

Can I use these images for my website?

Absolutely. Use any of our images, royalty free.

 

Do I need to give credit or attribution to your website when using images?

No attribution or credit is required, but we do appreciate links back to Graydient, thanks!

 

How can I make my images higher resolution?

We provide may upscale tools, check our workflows. You can go up to 8k.

But first a quick lesson: AI models are trained on fixed image sizes. New models are generally 1024×1024. If the image is not clear and crisp on the first try, do what’s called a high-res step, where you re-render the same image. Login to your My.Graydient dashboard and click on Examples — many of the pros are doing 2-3 high res steps before doing a final upscale.  That’s the secret.  If you get stuck, click the Community icon in My.Graydient and join the Prompt Engineering channel to ask a pro.

 

Are the images / prompts “Unique to me” ?

When you train your own models from your own pictures, and don’t share your models and protect your data, the resulting images are uniquely yours. It would be extremely difficult for someone else to train the same model with the same data set and arrive at the exact same picture. 

Login to your My.Graydient dashboard and choose Create Private Lora. 

Otherwise, when using shared models, the generated images can be coincidentally recreated by anyone in the community or around the web, as we source many public, open source models.

 

How do I manage my membership?

Login to MyGraydient and click your avatar and scroll down to subscriptions. 

 

What’s your refund policy? How can I request a refund?

If you’re not happy for whatever reason, we’ll refund you within 7 days. 

 

If you have not logged into your account and never made images, such as the case where you forgot you had an account, we will of course refund you up to 60 days (2 months refundable). Please submit a request. Refunds within the US typically require 4-5 business days, so if it was requested on a Friday, it may require a full week. International refunds typically take twice as long, because banks are awful. 

We’ll expedite your refunds any way we can, we’re good for it.


I can’t subscribe or my account is blocked

Please contact us if you feel this was made in error. We only blacklist credit cards that have requested multiple refunds or have been banned for misconduct as per our (very chill and sensible) terms of use.


Do you have an API?

Yes! We offer premade hosted templates as well as a REST API


Something else? 

If the product is not shown, it may be a user-created community that is powered by Graydient Platform or an API client. We work with many kinds of creators that have customized additional software on top of Graydient products, so this may not be the right support site for you.
